""Adequate" will be the term. Room 201 has had pet accidents. Room smelled of dog urine, stains and sticky carpet. No running water from 5 am to 6 am then black water spouted into sink when it came back on. TV unusable, phone not hooked up to call front desk at 10 pm when I returned from my event. ..."
