This property is steps away from the Milan Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. The people were extremely nice and let us change in the gym bathroom and leave our luggage with them, as we checked in very early. We had one of the garden rooms and it was absolutely gorgeous. There is an elevator on site which was very helpful with the luggage. There is a great café right across the street that has specialty chocolate coffees, and pastry. The front desk will also order a taxi for you if you need to go further out, which is only steps away from the hotel entrance.

Good location, clean room. AC works well. Staff is very warm and friendly. Overall great experience. Wish there were more hanging hooks in the bathroom for the towels and more surface. Some drawers would be nice.

Veronica was amazing! Communicated days in advance and frequently, greeted warmly upon arrival and assisted with travels. The room was very spacious and offered many amenities. The room was modern inside with a local, old world feel on the outside. Location was ideal. Would stay again. Tip- cars not access the front door of hotel.

I totally recommed this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the Piazza Duomo. The staff was unbelievably helpful in every respect. The room was clean, and the view from the window was beautiful, overlooking lighted trees. There was tea, coffee, and wine available in the room, complementary, and some lovely things in the refrigerator for a small fee. The breakfast was delicious and can be on the balcony level or deliver to your room. The staff made dinner reservations for me, tour reservations, and private drive to the airport. I could not have asked for more.

The staff was outstanding, very friendly & helpful. At first, we were given a first-floor room, which was right by the front lobby desk which we did not like at all, the room was big & nice but the AC was not working & we were not able to sleep the first night & we didn't like the location of the room it didn't feel like a hotel room, it felt more like an apartment.. I don't know how to explain, but if you expect a hotel-style room, this is not the right place. We like hotels with a big lobby, but this hotel did not have a lobby at all; it was just an office with a desk. The second night, they moved us to the 2nd floor, which was way better & the AC was working as well. And they offered us breakfast at the hotel, and it was delicious. The location of the hotel was great; everything was around us. Overall experience was ok, except for the first night.
