What a great hotel! Breakfast had many choices, the staff was kind, welcoming and answered all our questions easily. Our room was ready early so we were able to check in an hour early which was nice after a long train ride. The location was great-about 12 minutes walking from the train station and 30 minutes walking from the Duomo. It was tucked away on a quiet street that felt very safe to walk to at night. Do not pass this one up!

A really nice classic hotel with all the basic amenities and conveniently located to metro stations. We had a room with a balcony facing a quiet street. The staff were super friendly, especially the lovely ladies in the breakfast room.

Great hotel. We were late getting into Milan but the hotel is open 24hrs so no problem. Clean, nice rooms and great transport links within a few mins walk. Also some nice restaurants in the nearby area.

I knew that I wanted to spend time in Milan as well as do a couple of day trips outside of Milan. I chose this hotel because it was in between the train station and the center of town. I could walk to both and it was a great choice for me. The breakfast provided was very good.

It's a great hotel for its price range. All of the staff are very helpful and polite, and I appreciate the 24 hr front desk. The location is very convenient, as it's only 2 blocks to the subway station, or a 12 minute walk to the main train station. The tasty breakfast buffet is included, with a good range of food. I was impressed with how quiet my room was, especially considering that it's on a main shopping street. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Milano.

Angie and Andrea who serves breakfast was so nice! Rooms are to date , clean Centrale train station is 8 min away! Sone shops are just in front of the hotel! The Cathedral is 19 min drive by taxi

Excellent attention and location

The hotel is great and it's location helps to move to the sites of interest. The room was nice, only thing is that I was unable to make the A/C work, and the room was hot. Other than that, very nice place to stay.

Amazing hotel for the value! Had no expectations to the hotel as it was very cheap. But was so amazed by it. Nice big room, very clean, I liked the interior. Sweetest more service minded staff - especially the lady that were managing the breakfast service was the sweetest most carismatic women that made you start your day with a big smile.

Lovely place, very nice staff, and the breakfast was amazing:) The only downside is that , if you bring a guest you will need to pay 55 euros even for a daytime or nighttime visit. They charge you right away. A bit strange that there was no note about that.

Don't be fooled by the unassuming hotel exterior. The inside is a throwback to elegance and charm. This older hotel is very nicely appointed. The room was large, modern and well equipped. The hotel provided bottled drinking water daily. Extra features included a safe, small fridge, and good WiFi. In the lobby they served coffee to order. The lobby also included a small area with seating for serving continental breakfasts, which was great - lots of food and drink choices. The distance to Milano Centrale (Main Station) is about a 15 min walk. There is a Metro stop (Lima) less than 5 minutes from the hotel's front door. There is a clean, well stocked supermarket located half a street block from the hotel entrance. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a great time staying at the TECO.

Much good, some concerns

Appreciated kind staff, good plumbing, quiet, clean, comfortable bed,1 mile walk to central train station, great breakfast, kettle, room phones. Concerns would be small shower stall leaking on to floor, lack of counter space for bathroom items, mini-cooler full of for sale items, room temperature, weak wifi so not suitable for remote work. With my 1st stay, they made several attempts to get me to take a smaller room than the one I'd paid for. I finally got the size I'd booked.
