Stilish cozy and new apartment recently renovated 4 pax in Milan

Comfortable and bright apartment, recently renovated (November 2018) with 4 beds in the Navigli - Bocconi area of Milan, well connected by public transport and not far from the Navigli canals and the Prada Foundation. Third floor with elevator. Equipped with all the comforts, the house is composed of a bedroom with a walk-in closet, a large living room with a sofa bed and a modern kitchen, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Quiet area, full of shops, clubs and supermarkets within walking distance. For years, my husband and I have been traveling in apartments, and we have set up and renovated what we propose, drawing inspiration from our experiences and what we would like to find in a holiday home. We will always welcome you (except when we are on holiday too!), and we will give you advice on how to best enjoy the city and our quiet neighborhood, remaining available for any of your needs.

A wonderful stay in Milan

My mom and I loved our stay in this apartment! It’s in a great location, only a block away from public transportation, and still within walking distance of the city center. Stores, restaurants, and cafes are all nearby. The apartment is very clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed. Andrea welcomed us after our long flight and made sure we settled in and gave us great recommendations. I strongly recommend this apartment for your stay in Milan!

Great host, clean and comfortable apartment

Barbara met us at the unit and showed us how to get in as well as sharing useful information about grocery store, restaurant, metro and other useful locations. Having a garage across the street was appreciated since Milan is so congested and what we wanted to see could be easily accessed via the metro. She was very helpful and researched how we get a vignette to drive in Slovenia.

The host met us at the apartment. She had excellent communication the entire time. She even recommended some places for us to visit. There were 4 of us traveling and we had plenty of space. There is a garage to park a car. Air conditioning in the rooms. A supermarket nearby and 2 metros nearby. Would stay here again.

A cute little place!

This Vrbo is everything you need and more!! Barbara is so very kind and helpful, gave us everything we need to get to the place from the airport with detailed instructions. She met us outside the place and helped us through the check in process. Even gave us a lot of local food and activity recommendations and were very helpful with any other needs. Location was great, about a 5 min walk to the closest tram station. A grocery store was about a 3 min walk. My girlfriends and I felt relatively safe walking around the area at night. We made a couple dinners here and had all the needed kitchen equipment. The place was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Overall a lovely stay. Thank you so much Barbara!

Great stay

Nice apartment and conveniently located near a tram station (about 15 min ride to the city center). Andrea is a fantastic and very hospitable host - he made sure all our needs were taken care of. Some nice restaurants close by. Overall highly recommend the apartment.

Great cozy place!

This was a perfect little place for our night in Milan! The hosts are so accommodating and communicated well with us! The coffee and chocolates were a nice touch and we all got a good night’s rest! Definitely recommend it!

Perfect apartment with easy access to everything you need

Our group of 4 adults stayed in this charming apartment. We were about 20 minutes from the Duomo via public transportation and within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, and tram stops. Our favorite place was Pasticceria, which was just around the corner. Barbara and Andrea were helpful and respnsive. We would recommend for adults or older children staying in Milan.

A very nice Appartement.

This appartement was a perfect match to us. It´s clean, well and modern equipped everything you need. The little elevator to the 3rd floor is helpful for any heavy luggage. The location is perfect connected to the city-center. Just a few steps to the tram, which brings you in 6 or 7 stops to Duomo plaza. Some nice restaurants an 2 supermarkets in the neighborhood are also easy to reach. We recommend this appartement without any doubt.

Superbe appartement, spacieux, bien équipé et décoré avec goût, parfait pour un couple. Le stationnement est un plus et avons visité Milan à pied et aussi en utilisant le tramway qu’y passait tout près. L’hôtesse a été très patiente avec nous, malgré notre retard. We hadden een ander appartement geboekt. Echter was daar de nacht van tevoren lekkage geweest. De eigenaren hebben alles gedaan om toch onderdak voor ons te regelen. Echt fantastisch. Nous avons trouvé facilement l’appartement grâce aux informations de Barbara. Très bon accueil, appartement propre et spacieux pour 4 personnes. L’accès aux transports en communs est très simple et vous emmène rapidement en centre-ville.
