Ravizza 34 S2 - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 3

Brand new apartment between the CityLife district and Marghera, very close to the Buonarroti metro (5 minutes on foot).
Perfect for couples, single travelers or group of friends, it can accommodate a maximum of 3 people.
Ideal for romantic weekends or medium and long-term stays.
Renovated in April 2024, the space has been conceived and designed to offer maximum comfort to our guests, without sacrificing a modern and pleasant design.
Air conditioning, wifi, full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, comfortable desk for working, walk-in closet.
Very bright, double bed with orthopedic mattress, comfortable sofa bed for the extra guest.
For any other information do not hesitate to contact us.
For reservations with 3 guests you will find the double bed and the sofa bed all included in the price. If, on the other hand, there are 1-2 guests, the sofa bed will not be prepared unless you notify us in advance for 20€ for the extra linen.

City Tax: € 9,50 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 15 nights
