the apartment area was quite large as advertised, with modern features. the fan in the bath room only worked automatically from 14-16, which was not ideal. There was no kettle for making tea, so we had to boil water in a pan on the hub.

Be Careful! Don't Trust The Photos
Even though the apartment is newly renovated, there are stink bugs everywhere in my room. Water is still leaking out of the shower even with the door closed. At the time of my stay, the AC is broken so the room is very hot and uncomfortable. You can not open the windows because bugs are everywhere outside. The bathroom fan is loud and noisy. It was really bad experience for me during this stay. I am glad I am checking out earlier due to my work schedule change. Definitely not stay here again

Overall the rooms are fine aside from the overall cleanliness I noticed my blanket underneath the duvet were stained quite dirty. Also there were quite a lot of bugs and spiders in the rooms most likely because room service opened the windows while cleaning.

We came back to stay here a second time. Property is modern, clean and safe. Staff are helpful. Parking is free. The location is quiet.

It is a lovely property. It was a bit of a distance from where we needed to be in Milan, but the property is modern, clean and has a small balcony.

Great hotel !!!
The room is furnished with new sofa beds and queen size bed. The bed is comfortable and the bedding feels soft. They have spacious and clean bathroom. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the stay.

It was quiet and very clean. Hardly saw other guests. Staff sorted out a few issues with shower same day. Bed comfortable. Car is a must as you have no shops or restaurants closeby. Would add to make correct selection for room service. That's additional cost. I will be returning soon. Thank you

If you have a car, it s a nice place to stay.
The room was very comfortable and nice. My biggest problem was the room I had was the first one right by the front desk. The door needs more soundproofing. Trouble sleeping because of the noise, even with earplugs. Also it is a little out of the way but having a car worked out. There was construction next door. Little hard to find initially. Covered garage was very nice for the shade. Need a smaller car to get in and out of the garage and the place in general. Have a very small area/angle to leave with car, even a small one. Easier if no one is parked out front by the gate.

designed for expats
ıt is a good hotel but mainly for long time visitors or expats. It is far away from evrything, even you can not find a close restaurant or shop. there is a mall 15 min drive distance. rooms are big enough and they all use smart home equipments which makes problem if you have small kşds love to push every button :)

Decidedly average.
No restaurant or facilities in an out the way location. No staff in the morning to help with taxis and bathroom wasn’t clean. No hot water. Would stay again in a pinch, but not by choice.

Incredible value for money
Incredible value for money, close to Monza, easy to find, quiet, very comfortable, close to big shopping centre and supermarkets, tons of space, kitchenette, contemporary, clean, wonderful. Will be back again!

Privilidge Apartments Review - March 2017
The hotel was excellent - Easy to find, good easy parking and the staff were helpful. Once checked in it felt like our own flat, good cooking facilities, comfortable bed etc and a nice quiet location. Excellent. It`s not a real criticism as we had a car for our stay but it is a little more remote than the website leads you to believe. To walk into Vimercate for cafes/bars etc is at least 30 mins and the roads are not really made for walking on (dual carriageways, no paths etc).

Plenty of bang for your buck!
Very surprised when I opened the room door to find a kitchenette, balcony, amazing bathroom, great bed, aircon and style for the price paid. Exceptional and close enough to Autodromo Monza, will be coming back for sure!

As an appart hotel, owner must look not only on the hotel side but also keep in mind the cooking and dishes washing material (no dish washer, nothing to clean)
