Amanda at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. She made our stay more comfortable. We were only here for 3 days and only took taxi from the lobby to save time but metro and tram is near by and makes it very convenient if you have enough time to explore. Next time we are in Milan, we will definitely choose NH Milano to stay.

Really comfortable rooms, staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location for access to central Milan by walking or metro. Buffet breakfast was good too! Only minor complaint is that our room was missing toiletries (no shower gel, no spare toilet roll) so we had to keep asking the reception for them. They did sort it out very quickly though.

well located. clean room. everything was good except for hearing the person in the room nextdoor when she was speaking on the phone on loud speaker, i could hear their conversation. and her alarm clock ring the next morning. apart from that everything was very good, very nice staff. breakfast is good

Nice clean comfortable room. Good AC. Fridge has drinks and snacks but no price list, they're not free. Breakfast buffet is excellent. You can make coffee at the machine or ask for it at the breakfast bar and they will bring it to you.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean. But oir room was hot (25 C) and we could not get the heat to dissipate. Only one awkward window to open and much noise out on the street. An unpleasant night. A staff member did come quickly to help us turn a fan on, which helped block out the exterior noise, but the room never really cooled.

Perfect!

Hotelstaff is superb! Special thanks to Giacomo from the reception who made us feel so welcome. Rooms are ok, but can be noisy when you stay at the street side. Only the safe was too small to fit an iPad or laptop. Breakfast is as usual at NH varied and from good quality. Location is also a plus, a 5 minute walk through the park and you are directly at the high end shopping district. There are also a lot of bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the direct neighborhood. Prices are reasonable for Milan as you stay just outside of the city center.

They redeemed themselves - check in was so transactional, no one helped me with luggage at all but during my 2 day trip, I found that the dinner at the hotel restaurant was hearty and filling, and they allowed for late check out so all good in the end
