MONZA MISSORI HOUSE

Monza Missori House is a newly renovated 50-square-meter two-room apartment in the historic centre of Monza, ideal for couples, families, business travellers, and motorsport enthusiasts.

It can accommodate up to 4 people and is located on the second floor of a building with an lift, a concierge, and a communal garden, just a few minutes’ walk from the Arengario, the Duomo, and the train station.

The location is particularly convenient during the Italian Formula 1 Grand Prix and other events at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza (GT OPEN, ACI RACING, LAMBORGHINI FINALS, etc.), which can also be reached on foot by walking through the city and Monza Park.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The apartment features a bright living room with an open kitchen, a dining area for four people, and a French-style sofa bed.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a French-style double bed and storage space for clothes and personal belongings.

The fully renovated bathroom features a spacious shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.

The kitchen includes:

• induction cooktop;
• microwave;
• refrigerator with freezer;
• dishwasher;
• coffee maker;
• dishes and kitchen utensils.

A washer-dryer is also available inside the apartment.

For your leisure time, Wi-Fi, Google TV, and access to Netflix via a dedicated guest profile are available. The living room and bedroom are equipped with ceiling fans.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Monza Missori House can accommodate up to 4 guests:

• a separate bedroom with a French-style double bed;
• a French-style sofa bed in the living room.

The sofa bed is located in the living area and does not constitute a second separate bedroom.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment.

The apartment is on the second floor and is accessible by lift. The building has a concierge and a shared garden.

Check-in is flexible upon request, subject to the departure time of previous guests and the time needed to prepare the apartment.

PARKING

A parking space may be available upon request and subject to confirmation. Before booking, we ask guests to contact us to verify availability, location, and any size restrictions.

Monza Missori House is located in the historic centre of Monza, in an ideal location for exploring the city on foot and easily reaching restaurants, shops, services, and train connections.

Approximate distances:

• Palazzo dell’Arengario: 350 metres;
• Monza Cathedral: 450 metres;
• Royal Woods: 750 metres;
• Monza Train Station: 800 metres;
• Villa Reale and Monza Park: approximately 1 km.

FORMULA 1 RACETRACK AND GRAND PRIX

Monza Missori House is a particularly convenient base for those attending the Formula 1 Grand PrixFormula 1 Italian Grand Prix or other events held at the Monza National Autodrome.

From the historic centre, you can walk to Monza Park and continue on to the racetrack entrances without necessarily having to use a car. The actual travel time varies depending on the entrance and the gate assigned for the event.

TRANSPORTATION

The Monza train station is located about 800 metres from theapartment and offers frequent connections to Milan and the main destinations in the area.

OTHER THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

The apartment does not currently have air conditioning. Both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with ceiling fans.

The openings visible in the photos are French doors protected by railings. The apartment does not have a balcony or a private outdoor area where you can walk.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

Parties, private events, or unregistered guests are not permitted.
