No sheets for couch!! Worse, Our check in time was after 2pm, but the property owner didn’t bother to send us the code for the door or instructions till I sent repeated emails at 5 pm. Yes we were checking in late but no one wants to get on a plane and have no details for getting into your rental. They kept wanting to send videos for a simple place even though I asked two time for information by email. Just a difficult and stressful check in. (Place was pretty normal, not luxury fyi)

The property is a bit harder to locate than a normal hotel so be prepared for that. The property manager will inform you 48 hrs before so make sure to communicate with them your approximate arrival time. We went to a different location when we arrived but they were fantastic in guiding us towards the correct location. We are a family of 3 & this apartment was good enough for 4 or more. It had a kitchen, washer, and dining area. We were able to wash our dirty laundry from the last few days! Since it’s not a hotel, also make sure to just message the property manager via Whatsapp what you need (toiletries, towels, etc.) so they can deliver those. They are very professional & we had little to no issues with our stay. We enjoyed the clean flat & we were pretty happy that we could walk to the Duomo & most of the places we wanted to visit in Milan. If you are travelling with family, this is a great place to stay!

Travel with the family (2 kids under 12) Great location, just a short walk to Milan’s Cathedral, the Galleria and about one block away from the Scala Clean. The room had a king size bed and a sofa bed, which didn’t had bedding. Had to ask for it and it was just delivered to be done by us. This is an apartment complex with lobby for the residents but not for the tourists, you need to call or schedule with the owners for check in. Only saw the person delivering the keys when arriving. For check out they ask to leave the keys inside the room. Had an issue with the Air Conditioning, when arriving the staff turn in on and told us that it takes a while to cool the room. We went about 4 hours to tour the city and when we came back the room was still warm. Contacted the staff thru messaging (as instructed if anything happened) and they just replied with basic instructions (turn it off for a while and try again, basically). Went back and forward for about an hour and could it not be resolved, had to sleep with the warm temperature (difficult for the kids) after trying (unsuccessfully) to regulate the temperature by opening the window on a rainy night. Talk with them about the issue that night and the following morning with no response. The day after talked to hotels.com support and they were denied any assistance or compensation by the property. We did received a coupon by hotels.com

This was the perfect place to arrive on our first night. The host was incredibly flexible as we were severely delayed and had to check in after hours. That prices was easy and when we arrived we felt so comfortable. The location was excellent, and we found many things to do the first day in town. The apartment was clean, and had some amenities that we didn't use but I could think would be helpful if we forgot our toothbrush or needed to cook. Thanks for a great stay.

5-7 minutes away from Duomo. The area is very safe with a lot of restaurants and boutiques. Two bedrooms and a big bathroom with a washing machine. The property is facing a road with trams and cars, it is not bothering but you will hear the tram well.

Cleanliness is excellent, convenience per distance. A/C not working well. Manager said one of the apartments I reserved in not yet paid even though Expedia has sent me a paid receipt, still manager said it has not been paid. Hopefully expedia caj do something about this matter.

This property has the best location. It is close to the Duomo and the center of the city. The staff was diligent to our requests and helped us when there was need for a run to the pharmacy. Very helpful people.

Very disappointing. Noisy, hot, broken, and tight squeeze up spiral staircase.
We have stayed at dozens of VRBO properties throughout the world and this was our first bad experience; happily we only stayed here one day prior to flying home. This top floor apartment on two levels is adjacent to a very busy street with a lot of noisy, above ground trams running by. This was particularly troublesome as we had the difficult choice of deciding to close the windows to keep out noise and swelter as the A/C was broken, or to open the windows and go with the noise and have some relief from the heat. My 5'8" wife and I are in good shape and she bumped her head repeatedly on the narrow spiral staircase up to the bedroom area; I am 6'2" so am more used to ducking and was OK, but the stairs are steep and narrow so be careful. Other broken items include a sink cabinet door that immediately came undone upon arrival and almost slammed into my wife's foot, and a broken clothes washer. The washer was in pretty poor shape with some components cracked and bent and a lot of mold, but I gave it a go anyway. It finished a load, but seemed to struggle and then jammed. A few days later I actually got a note from the owners blaming me for the broken unit saying I didn't properly close the door, and they would charge me for a new one (to replace an old and tired one) and if I didn't pay I would hear from their lawyers! Not sure if we just got unlucky with these few events, or this is typical of this property, but please be aware. Safe and happy traveling to All!

When we arrived to the main office to check in the person there was friendly. They held our luggage as the room was not ready yet. We set an appointment to meet at the apartment to get our keys and the gentleman was very late and we had told them we had somewhere to be at a specific time. We ended up being 45 minutes late to my dress fitting. I knew the apartment didn't look anything like the pictures so when we got back to the apartment I looked at my reservation and realized we were at a different address in a completely different apartment. I called them right away and they sent over a staff member as our hot water wasn't working either. He said his manager told us about the move. I would have never agreed to pay the same rate for a downgraded apartment, so that was a lie. All they offered is was 50 bucks off of our room.

Love the Hotel, excellent location
The reception was in a different location, but they took our suitcases and once we got in the apartment, it was great. The location is very close to metro station, a lot of shops around and you can walk to the Duomo.

An Apartment not a Hotel
This is not a hotel in the usual sense - an office is located where shown on the hotels.com map, but actually manages a number of properties in the city - fortunately, the allocated apartment was only 15 mins walk away. The apartment itself was fine, except the glass is loose in the window frames and vibration from air conditioning in the courtyard causes the glass to rattle making a considerable amount of noise.

Good location.
The Rossini Suite 1 was not as big as we expected, the apartment is within walking distance to the main shopping area in the heart of the city. The apartment is located on the first floor & the road outside is quite noisy, you can here trams until the late hours & then again from early hours in the morning. Overall it was a comfortable apartment however, we would not stay there again. The service provided by the hotel/apartments was mediocre, a lady meet us when we arrived & took us up to the apartment & it had not been cleaned, we arrived at 2:30pm & check in was from 2pm, we thought this was poor service, she also gave us wrong directions on how to get to the car park.

Clean and newly-renovated rooms
Great location (just 10 minutes walk from the Duomo) but bear in mind that apartments are spread over the city and you won't know what you have till closer to the time (we were in the Via Fontana apartment).The room itself is in a private residential building (so if you're expecting reception staff and someone on hand to assist, this is not the place to stay!!) but was newly renovated with great amenities and décor. We had an issue with check-in which meant waiting outside the building for 45 minutes in the heat and humidity whilst the staff member drove to the office to find a key that worked - that aside, the staff were responsive via email and the member of staff dealing with the check-in was really helpful and apologetic (despite his very limited English!). You could probably get a good hotel for the price of these apartments but they are a decent choice if you don't mind being a bit more independent.

It is not a hotel. It is a number of little managed apartments located all over central Milan. The address shown on hotels .com is the office address not where you stay. If that is what you are looking for its fine.

El apartamento es muy bonito, muy limpio y moderno. Nos encantó. Tiene una vista agradable al exterior. No queda en la ubicación que aparece en la plataforma, queda 2 cuadras más abajo. En las noches se escucha mucho el ruido del tranvía; falta insonorización y una cortina más gruesa para aislar un poco el frío de las ventanas. Viajamos en primavera. Los encargados del apartamento están súper atentos a las inquietudes que se presenten.

Nous avons passé 2 jours à Milan, nous sommes venus en voiture et nous avons garé notre voiture dans le parking à 10min à pieds de l'hôtel (35€/24h). L'emplacement de l'établissement est parfait, tout est accessible à pieds, la literie est de très bonne qualité, absolument rien à dire, je recommande vivement. La communication était parfaite, ils ont été très réactifs et je tiens à les remercier pour leur précieuse aide concernant le payement de la ZTL taxe (taxe d'entrée à Milan pour les véhicule).

The accommodation was in the close location to the city center and the staff was very kind. Before you reserve the accommodation, you would have to double-check the location of the accommodation because the company provides accommodations in various locations. I would recommend the accommodation.
