Clean big house in quiter neighbourhood

Nice big house near Milan. The spacious and bright place is accessible by a 20-minute train ride to Duomo or other tourist places. The canal area is nice and has a flea market/farmers market on weekends.

Great stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Nico’s apartment. The place was bigger than we expected and very well equipped. Nico was a helpful host. The location provides easy access to the metro and street cars. There is a small playground right next to the apartment that was fun during the day. Overall great stay and we would love to return!

Hugh apartment

We stayed at this hugh apartment 7 nights in May. The ceilings are very high and the rooms spacious. The hardwood floors add a luxury feeling. There is lots of light. Building is very well cared for. There are 14 steps before you can take the elevator. The small balcony looks over a park which unfortunately has many delivery workers hanging out and sometimes sleeping on the benches or on cardboard on the ground. So, I just looked to the side where there is a park that parents and children use. In general the area is very safe and the canals sooooo pretty. I would stay there again.

Perfect home base near the canal action

Loved our stay here. Apartment was huge and very well stocked. Air conditioning was a blessing! Only difficulty was crazy hot-cold-hot-cold showers. We would stay here again!

Great host

Our plane was delayed several hours and Nico went beyond the call of duty and checked us in at midnight. Apartment was close to restaurants and public transportation. Would recommend to friend staying in Milan.

Felt like an Italian!

Nico's apartment was just as advertised. It was spacious and comfortable. Nico was responsive and friendly. The Darsena area is vibrant and has everything that you could want. Don't miss a walk on the Navigli at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Large flat in Milan

We had a great stay at this apartment. The size is large so lots of space for the four of us to spread out when we needed our own space. It’s located close to lots of restaurants and shops situated on the canal and only a short walk away. It’s also only a mile or so to the city center to see the sites as well as shop. The property manager was very communicative, even over the weekend when we had a question. Great flat!

Centraal gelegen, ruim en verzorgd appartement

Het is een prima verblijf met 2 bemerkingen: 1) er ontbraken een paar voor ons essentiële keukenmaterialen: bv snijplank, aardappel/fruitmesje 2) ons vliegtuig had 2 u vertraging waardoor we niet om 19 u maar slechts om 21 u aankwamen in het verblijf. Daarom moesten we een toeslag van € 40 betalen wat ik overdreven vind voor een vakantieverblijf.
