    This is a modern, wonderfully decorated apartment located in one of the most beautiful areas of Milano.

    Located on the third floor (elevator available) of a very modern and elegant building, the flat features a very large living area with balcony, and a fully equipped and modern kitchen. Beautifully designed and decorated, with parquet floors, design furniture, and marble bathrooms.



    Two large double bedrooms, two bathrooms. Both with access to a very nice balcony with views on the quiet, internal courtyard.

     

    The flat is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need for a perfect stay, like kitchen appliances, coffee machine, smart TV with Netflix and streaming services, and much more.



    High quality linens and towels provided.

Although there were air-conditioning units in every room, none were working and no fans were provided. It was 90 degrees F. in the apartment and we could not sleep, sit or eat comfortably. We reported the situation immediately and were told by the property manager to buy our own fans. We spent the first full day of our holiday trying to locate fans. After 4 hours and 3 stores, we located and bought 3 fans which only partially helped while we slept. This was our 5th European rental through VRBO (Antibes, Sevilla, Paris, Bologna) and the ONLY time we have experienced any problems such as these. Typical expected niceties were not available, such as wine glasses, cleaning supplies, face or dish towels etc. The patios were all filled with dead plants and filthy. The microwave and dryer did not work. The shower heads in both bathrooms had to be replaced to get a partial stream of water. The host never responded to our texts or emails, and the property manager offered her apologies but could not resolve ANY of the issues. Although the location and size of the apartment were decent, it could not make up for the discomfort we experienced. It is now over 1 month since we purchased the fans and have still not been reimbursed for them. DO NOT rent from this owner.
