YOUR ACCOMMODATION The apartment is located on the second floor of a charming historic building and is accessible by elevator. As you step in, you’ll find a bright and spacious living area with large windows, a sofa bed (double) and an armchair bed (single) that can be prepared on request. The space features a stylish bookshelf, a 50" 4K smart TV (with access to all major streaming platforms, free for guest use), and a PlayStation 4 for your entertainment. The living room opens onto a small balcony—perfect for a breath of fresh air.
There is also a fully equipped kitchenette and a glass dining table where you can enjoy your meals at home. You’ll have plenty of storage space thanks to the large built-in wardrobe in the living area and hallway. Inside, you’ll also find an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and drying rack.

From the hallway, you'll access the bedroom and a small service bathroom that connects to the main bathroom . The bedroom is spacious and designed with comfort and privacy in mind. It includes air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a small desk for working from home.
The main bathroom (with a window) is accessible through the bedroom and adjacent to the service bathroom. Between the two is a large walk-in shower (120x80 cm).
Each guest receives a welcome amenities kit with shampoo, shower gel, intimate soap, vanity set, shaving razor, shower cap, and disposable slippers. A hairdryer is also provided.

🌡️ Central Heating (Winter) : Operates from October 15 to April 15, between 6:30 AM and 10:30 PM, with a max temperature of 21.5°C. ❄️ Air Conditioning (Summer) : For optimal comfort and energy efficiency, we kindly ask guests not to set the temperature below 22°C .
