We were so disappointed! First of all, it was not mentioned at all that this property is located in a basement of an apartment bldg. When you open the windows, you’re literally staring and looking up at the road pavement it’s disgusting. The ac in one of the rooms was not working, you cannot open the windows and when we asked the property if they can fix the ac - they messaged me back saying air conditioning is from June-Sept! Where was that mentioned in the details of the property?? Expedia should remove this property because it will ruin you. I even asked for a fan, the property manager said they can ot accommodate that! It’s not acceptable and definitely not coming back. This is the first time that I cried on my vacation due to disappointment! Never again!!
