The room overall was extremely small, particularly the bathroom. The toilet paper and bath towels had to be kept outside the bathroom. Microscopic shower with a broken shower head. It was hot and they wouldn't turn the AC on the first night but I begged for AC for the 2nd night. Beds were so firm it was like sleeping on the floor. No elevator so we had to carry out luggage up flights of stairs. At least there was a tiny fridge to put drinks in. We tried to find a different hotel in the area but they were all sold out so we had to stay 2 nights. Desk clerk was extremely nice and they offer you wine if desired.

Staff was attentive. They let us do an early check in. Clear instructions and the location is 5 minutes away walk from the metro. Place was clean and we had a good start overalls

they were very accommodating!! and the receptionist was beyond helpful with parking, restaurant suggestions, and public transportation. The room was very clean and plenty big enough for 5 people to share.

Didn't arrive at the hotel until after 6 PM. Given a first room (# 1) as you enter the hotel (was a house originally). Heavy door that made a lot of noise when entering and exiting. Fortunately I had ear plugs or I would have been disturbed whenever anyone used the door.

Our receptionist and host Camilla was amazing. She was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. She made our first stay in Italy very special and made my dog Phoenyx who is a seasoned traveller feel welcome too. I would 100% stay there again. Great location great host we had an awesome time 😁.

Nice Surprise
This hotel is in a private road which was nice and quiet. We were able to park our rented car right outside the entrance gate. Our aim was to visit the city centre and were advised that car parking is difficult and expensive, so having a safe place for our car worked very well. We then bought a bus/tram/metro pass and caught the bus approximately 100 metres from the hotel. The metro station Vittorio is about 7 minutes walk and we used that as well. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and helpful, even in using the TV to get the English language on some stations.The surrounding area had plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. We were offered a glass of wine at reception when checking in.

Nice stay
Hotel was in a good location between downtown and the Linate airport, although not much to see or do right around the hotel. Check-in and out went fine as the staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions of things to see and do. Also came with a complimentary glass of wine at check-in!! Room was clean and fairly large for what we're used to finding throughout most of Europe.

Sketchy hotel with thin walls
Didn't feel very safe at this hotel. The walls are extremely thin and me and my family heard the couple next to us "making noises". They were screaming rather loud around midnight.

Easy to get to the centre of Milan by tram or bus. The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom needed upgrading which we were told was happening shortly in the off season. The staff were very helpful giving us a map and telling us what bus or tram to get. The room was cleaned daily and linen changed every second day. Would stay again if we return to Milan.

Fantastic little gem - off the beaten path
Loved this little hotel! It was outside of the city center but only a short bus ride (that the VERY helpful young man that checked us in, helped us navigate). He also made some fantastic recommendations for restaurants and shopping. As soon as we checked in, we were treated to a glass of red wine. The rooms were clean and comfy. There was a pomegranate tree right outside our window.

Great value, clean, good location
Large sized, clean room that is located 5-10 minutes walking to bus or metro. Friendly staff, good wifi. My friend had trouble sleeping though because of people walking in the unit above.

Convenient to Linate Airport
Short, easy public bus (#73) ride from Milano Linate Airport. Room was very small and plain...but clean. Shower leaked onto bathroom floor; shower water changed from hot to cold at will. NO sound insulation from other rooms or from the hallway. Other guests made loud, disruptive noise by slamming doors, talking very loudly, and running up and down stairs - - until 3:00 AM!! Manager goes home at midnight. We slept little before our early flight home. We would not recommend this hotel to friends.

Charming Stay
This is a quaint little hotel. The staff are friendly, the main areas are modern and well decorated. Our room was small but comfortable and don't let having a shared bathroom scare you. We didn't even see anyone else on our floor and it's only shared with one other room. The location was close to Linate Airport and there is a bus stop very close with line 73 that takes you right downtown or to the airport. We liked this much better than the metro!!! Plus you get a free glass of wine when you check in! I would recommend this hotel, it is a great value.

We really enjoy our stay. The room, bathroom and all around was really clean and freshly decorated. We where able to park at the door in a secure street without extra cost ,and the public transport couldn't be any better to get you to the Doumo and all the nice areas.

Great staff, transport links, close to supermarket
We stayed for a couple of nights here, having the supermarket so close was really good for us keeping our budget down. The staff were helpful and gave good information over a glass of wine on check-in. The trams, buses and metro were all less than 5 minutes away and got us in and out of the centre quickly. The room had a nice little balcony as well.

The room was a bit dated but perfectly clean and the bathroom was spotless even though we were sharing it. The hotel staff were friendly but we only met him at check-in. The hotel is basic with very few amenities and not much in the neighborhood. There is a supermarket near by, but no cafe/bars. A bit of a trek into the city centre but we didn't mind it, but wouldn't recommend it in the heat for the faint of heart! No air-con so prepare to sweat!!!

Was looking for an affordable place near the city centre. This fit the bill, but there were other options for around the same price that may have been a touch closer. Things that would have eimproved this stay: could hear a decent bit of road noise, but it was just sirens that disturbed our sleep. the shower in the shared bathroom was also just barely warm enough. Wifi signal was good though and the room and bathroom. We're both clean.
