Great free breakfast on the roof top. Nicely decorated room. Shower was a little tight for me and a room on the first floor we felt the vibration of the metro but room in a higher floor could be better.
While this property isn't the Marriott round the corner, and the rooms are fairly basic, the staff are very welcoming, speak excellent English and are very helpful. The breakfast on the top floor veranda style room is well appointed for a three star hotel and the hotel is located just a short walk (5 mins) from the Wagner Metro station. If you're looking at a property in this band, this hotel is certainly worth consideration.
Very central, breakfast great and lovely room up on a higher floor. Perfect for our two night trip with two teenage sons, all very easy and stress free!
We had a really good experience here and would definitely stay again without a doubt.
The location is super convenient. It's just a few steps from the metro and tram, so getting around the city was really easy. If you prefer walking, you can reach the Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele in about 25 minutes. Plus, the neighborhood is full of cafes and restaurants for aperitivo or a nice dinner, and there's a grocery store nearby for anything extra you might need.
The breakfast was honestly the best we've had in a while. They had a great spread with pastries, croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt, ham, cheese, and bread. To top it off, the ladies serving breakfast were so sweet and made fresh juices and specialty coffees on the spot.
As for the room, like most places in Europe, it runs a bit small, but it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We also felt completely safe in the area at all times.
Overall, a great place to stay!
The room we chose was small, but the bed was comfy, room service was outstanding, and the breakfast was excellent. We will return to this little gem the next time we are in Milan!
Nice place to stay. Good breakfast with a nice view and the location is very convenient.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
3/5 – Decent stay, but room for improvement
The stay was okay overall, but there were several areas that could be improved.
The room was reasonably comfortable, but the condition and cleanliness could have been better. Some aspects felt a little dated and in need of maintenance.
The staff were generally friendly and helpful, although the overall service was somewhat inconsistent.
Breakfast was acceptable, with a reasonable selection, but the quality and variety could be improved. The air conditioning was also disappointing and did not cool the room as effectively as expected, which affected overall comfort.
Overall, it was an average stay. With improvements to room maintenance, breakfast quality, and especially the air conditioning, the experience could be significantly better.
We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent for what we were doing in Milan. The air conditioning was broken while we were there, and on the second night, a pipe broke, so we had no hot water. But the breakfast was wonderful, and the ladies who worked the breakfast were amazing--so kind and very hard working! It's probably the best included breakfast we've ever had at a hotel!
