Good, convenient hotel with excellent service.

Excellent service and a good location. Good rooms, though our bed was past needing to be replaced (which they’re in the process of doing). Great breakfast buffet. Would stay there again.

It’s good value for the money, 2stops on Metro from Duomo, also a straight run to the station on Metro The hotel is a 5m walk to Metro. Staff are pleasant, breakfast was good. Room in good condition suitable of 4 star.

Wonderful hotel for a reasonable price. Breakfast had a lot of variety including cheeses, meat, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, cereal cakes, rolls and a variety of breads. I would have liked an electric hot pot to make a cup of tea later in the day, but otherwise, we would definitely stay here again if we come back to Milan. The hotel is quite close to the subway stop and the subway is easy to use.

It was a nice place; the breakfast was quite good. But I was told when I reserved and paid for the room that I would receive a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. Not such a big deal, but… no; no such thing happened. Oh well…

Retro-chic

This is a step back in time, retro-chic place with chunky, real keys, a suit press in the room and analog radio in the wall. I loved the looked and feel - very easy to get to Duomo (walking) and Centrale (direct tube or bus). There is a tram stop right out front and always Lime bikes around. Only downside was that they did not provide the Gold perks Hotels.com advertised.
