The staff was nice, the hotel is located really close to the metro, a couple of station away from the Duomo. You get what you pay for in terms for facilities the bathroom was clean, the bed was clean too. The room is small and you have to pay for the air condition 10 euro.

Wouldn't go back..

Hotel was run down, only stay if you want basic. Sheets had stains on them and covers looked like they had been used 1000 times with hols in them. There were small cockroaches in the bathroom.. staff were friendly.

The staff were really lovely and helpful. The rooms are basic but have everything you need for a city break. There’s not much to do in the area around the hotel but the metro is so close you can see it from the hotel.

Property was good for my needs and easy to get to the Metro which is just across the road. Staff were always available and helpful so no issues there. It was a lively and busy area but had no issues personally and also just a 20 min metro to Duomo. It’s very basic accommodation but for the price I really have no complaints about this and the shared bathroom was clean and didn’t have to wait whilst there.

Overall good. Boards fell off the bed frame, but held up overnight. It got pretty hot overnight even with the A/C on and the window open. The bathroom was also pretty small.

We wound up not even staying here. We checked into the room and got upstairs and into the room and it was awful! The room was dirty and smelled heavily like smoke so bad that it was choking us up and we could not stay. The smoke smell was so bad that we were coughing and choking. We went downstairs and asked for a refund and told them that we needed to leave due to the condition of the room and we were told it was non-refundable. We left and were out over $800 that I guess we just have to eat because of their policies. Not ideal at all, but there was no way we were staying there. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Not very pleased, the dungeon.

After booking my room I got to the hotel and he gave us a double bed when I was suppose to have 2 single beds because they were out of single bed rooms ,if i wanted air conditioning in cost 5€ more didn't get TV because it would have been another 5€

WORST PLACE EVER.

Worst place ever!!!! Cold, unable to put the heating on came on at a set time 3-8. Window did not shut properly so it was freezing all night. Smelt funny. Room was half decorated. Toilet seat broken. Couldn’t wait to leave. Would have found elsewhere if we could. Left as soon as we woke up in the morning. DO BOG RECOMMEND !

No good, these are the thing that you have to deal with: -Constant noise from the street -unclean bedding -shared washroom -no elevator (you have to take the stairs with your luggage) -no fridge, microwave or tv remote -bad area in general -room is pretty small and has nothing but a bed

Ich habe ein günstiges Einzelzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad gebucht. Der refuläre Peis wäre in Ordnung gewesen, jedoch musste ich 25 Euro für den late Check in und weite 10 Euro für die Klimaanlage, sowei 3,70 Euro Kurtaxe bezahlen. Ich empand dies aks Abzocke, da man für Gesamtpreis deutlich bessere Unterkünfte bekommt. Ich war im August in diesem Hotel mit entsprechenden warmen Temperaturen. Daher ist einen Klimaanlage zwingend notwendig. Dafür 10 Euro zu verlangen ist eine Zumutung. Dort würde ich nicht noch mal buchen

Forfærdeligt ophold. Væggene er papirstynde og man kan hører alt som sker på gangen og på de andre værelser. Vi har stort set ikke sovet begge nætter. Der var ikke varmt vand på noget tidspunkt - ingen gang lunkent vand. Sengene var stenhårde og alting trængte til at blive ordnet. Det var virkelig virkelig slidt. Jeg har aldrig boet så dårligt trods lave stjerner.
