The staff was nice, the hotel is located really close to the metro, a couple of station away from the Duomo. You get what you pay for in terms for facilities the bathroom was clean, the bed was clean too. The room is small and you have to pay for the air condition 10 euro.
The staff were really lovely and helpful. The rooms are basic but have everything you need for a city break. There’s not much to do in the area around the hotel but the metro is so close you can see it from the hotel.
Hotel was run down, only stay if you want basic. Sheets had stains on them and covers looked like they had been used 1000 times with hols in them. There were small cockroaches in the bathroom.. staff were friendly.

Property was good for my needs and easy to get to the Metro which is just across the road. Staff were always available and helpful so no issues there. It was a lively and busy area but had no issues personally and also just a 20 min metro to Duomo.
It’s very basic accommodation but for the price I really have no complaints about this and the shared bathroom was clean and didn’t have to wait whilst there.

The hotel offers good value for money.
The hotel is a 30-second walk from the metro, which takes you into the center of Milan in 10 minutes.
The staff are very friendly and flexible.
As for parking, it's the city's public parking lot, at around €2.20 an hour (from 8am to 7pm).
The room facilities are good, even if we only had 2 towels for 3.
The room overlooked the street, but the noise didn't keep us awake.

Let me pre-face by saying this place was a budget friendly option and expectations were low…
Check in was easy enough, they gave us keys and charged us for the city tax. Originally we’d booked a triple room, this then turned to a room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. When I emailed to find out why, they said they don’t have triple rooms. So reluctantly I booked a second room. The original room had 3 beds when we arrived… so the second room wasn’t needed in the end, but since it was paid for we used it.
The rooms are basic, the showers are small and the shower head wasn’t attached in one room. Both rooms had poop in the toilet and one smelled so bad it was hard to stay in there with the windows closed.
Last kicker is the front door/room key thing. You have to hand over all access to your room when you leave the hotel. There’s no safe for passports etc.
their receptionist locks the front door each time too, so try not to leave when they go for a coffee break. We ended up locked inside the hotel for 15minutes when they did. Only the receptionist had the key, the cleaners couldn’t even let us out.
In summary, it’s a crappy budget hotel that looks similar to the pictures shown, the metro connections are good and there’s plenty of shops and cafes nearby
The staff was great, the hotel was in a perfect location with the subway right out the front door for me to get everywhere I needed to go!!! I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Milan Italy
It's not close to the city center, but it's close to the metro. The cleaning lady does a great job. The toilet and bathroom are shared. They charge €25 for evening check-in and €40 at night. They charged the city tax for each day. Not nice.
Was terrible
The guy who had the hotel was rude never helped us
because we booked with the hotel.com and not with him and his answer was get help from the site ….but you are the owner !!!!The room was dirty very bad bedroom the bathroom was at the bottom of the floor and you have to share with another people
Was so hot and we have to pay extra for air conditioner
We paid 255€ for 3 days in this horrible place and we booked another hotel for staying at Milan
Crappy establishment. Beds had sheets only and room had a wardrobe with assorted random blankets that looked like they thrifted. Staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly. Very much a hostel quality type of place. Stickers and holes in the doors. College dorm like
