The hotel has paid parking next door which was very convenient for us, staff were not very friendly but they were helpful. The room and bed were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Very nice location, with ok building
Very good hotel with underground parking. Friendly staff. Train just around the corner and some cafes nearby. Definitely would stay again. Building itself is not new but rooms are ok.

Hotel not close to Milano center. Subway (Metro) on strike one day. Taxi expensive $30.00 per trip to central area. Not many restaurants available in the area. Hotrl staff and facilities excellent.

This is a really nice hotel, all staffs are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy it’s a stones throw from the main train station.

Ants and no free parking
2 negative things. Parking wasn’t free like it says here it’s 13euros a day. Next is don’t bring food to the room or ants will invade. Yup ants. Good thing I stayed for 1 night only. How is this a 4 star hotel? A 3 at best.

Good place to stay without any frills.
Perfectly fine. Near to metro. Hotel parking ok if you are careful. Big room although shower in the bath was a little tight. No seal under the bath panel so water went straight to the floor. Good choice of restaurants nearby although its not a big touristy area. We would go back again.

Surprisingly nice hotel....very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. Will stay there again. The location is good if you have a reason to be in the area, otherwise, it was a bit off the beaten tourist path.

Good value and incredible breakfast.
Nice place to stay. Both Francesca and Sarah at the front desk are amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with a non Italian speaker. If there is something you need all you have to do is ask at Agape Hotel. We always stay here when we need a hotel in this area which is once a year. This is one hotel where the breakfast is actually worth what you pay.

Being alone, the small size of the room (No. 415) was not a significant issue but it would have been for a couple, notwithstanding the excellent king-size bed. The bathroom was correspondingly small but satisfactory apart from the dimensions of the shower cubicle (77cm x 50cm) which produced a very restricted space in which to shower and I am neither tall nor overweight and therefore I am sure that a bigger man would have found it really difficult. The cleanliness of the bathroom was of the g=highest standard. All that said, for me, the location of the hotel, about 150 metres from Crescenzago Station on Metro Line 2 (Green) is simply excellent and the frequency of the trains is very high. Regarding other facilities in the hotel, I cannot comment as I always had breakfast at the nearby bar but the hotel Dining Room looked an extremely place in which to eat. Also I did not use the mini-bar but it appeared to be very well stocked. I should also add that the room that I purchased was probably its least expensive and no doubt it has other larger, better appointed rooms and there appeared to be plenty of guests.

Buyer beware (they are a scam)
Well, I booked this reservation 3 months in advance with a rate of $97.50 night for my family of four. Without warning, the hotel agape attempted to collect a deposit 5 days before our arrival and when it was rejected for fraud protection, they canceled the reservation. I contacted Hotels.com about the issue and when they re-booked the room, they forgot to add my kids. When we checked in, there was no problem (after all it was a quadruple room) but the next day they told me they were charging $20 extra per day per child and would not honor the previous rate. I contacted Hotels.com to correct the issue and Hotel Agape again refused to honor the rate. Then upon checkout, we found they charged us for breakfast everyday even though we only ate there one time. Again, no correction for that charge. What was supposed to be around $300 stay turned into $481. Maybe if it was top of the line I would accept it, but the room was small, the air conditioning was average and for 2 days the TV received zero channels. What a rip off. Never ever again

We have stayed at Agape several times in the past few years & have always been pleased. The rooms are small, but clean, staff is very good & helpful. The breakfast is very nice. We are returning in Aug for 3 more nights.

Visiting sights of Milan and Hotel Agape offered a great loacation just 5 stops from the cathedral. Great city to walk round with a huge variety of bars and eating places en route

The room was clean, a few stores for snacks and such, nearby, and friendly staff. Extremely close to metro, huge plus. Sadly we were given a room near a youth soccer team, they were noisy, thin walls. Other than that, good stay for the price.

Good hotel for few days in the City
The hotel was fine. The room was cleaned but a bit cold, there was air conditioning in the room which you can turn on to warm up the room but the bathroom got only a radiator which was basically too cold to warm up the room.

Small hotel but full of good surprises
Nice neighborhood, convenience with train station just across the hotel. Variety of food for breakfast are the best among other hotels that we stay around europe. Must take a breakfast package with your room, worth every single penny. Also hotel staff very helpful and knowledgeable with the city and other matter.

Great for just a single night/layover
Hotel was very close to the metro line, and easy to locate due to the large sign directing you to the hotel. The hotel overall was clean, but small. Four single beds were shoved into a room clearly only meant for 2 people. The bathroom was large but the layout was poor and the placement of the shower head made the large tub feel small. Hotel allowed us to check in a little early which was great. Internet was fast, always a plus.
