The location was excellent for our purposes. The train station is very close and so is a hop on hop of bus location. Great way to see the city and get to the Malpensa airport. The instructions to get to the apartment were excellent. I had trouble getting the door open using the instructions. I don’t know if it’s because I had used all my data and it was really slow. Press this button on the panel and then press this button in the app. Luckily someone with a key let us in. Our apartment was on the fifth floor and the elevator only goes to the fourth floor. So if you won’t be able to take your luggage up a flight of stairs, make sure you get an apartment on the fourth or lower level. And also know that to get to the elevator there are five steps up to it. I was excited that the apartment came with a washer. The washer was not in the room but in a utility closet in the hall. Not really a problem but just be aware so you can make sure your room comes with a washer inside if you don’t want to go out in the hall to unlock the door to the washer. We had plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo. Nice, clean room and a comfortable bed. We didn’t cook but there are pots and dishes there if we chose to cook. Host was responsive to the emails I sent so never had to call. I would stay there again.
