Property was very clean and comfortable. Mattress was excellent. The location was very good for our itinerary. The host was very responsive with 2 issues we had; a TV issue (didn't really need it) and a door deadbolt issue. I was unfamiliar with this lock style. After engaging the deadbolt from the outside you need to turn the door (not lock) handle in order to remove the key. We would not hesitate to stay here again when in Milan.
