Nice one-bedroom apartment on the fifth floor of a building of six floors total. Placed in a quiet residential street . There is a kitchen equipped with gas stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven to coffee maker, as well as everything you need to be able to cook and enjoy a good dinner or a quick lunch. A small balcony overlooks the inner courtyard.
