The apartment, measuring approximately 110 square metres, is located on the ground floor (with an lift) in an elegant historic building in Milan, which retains all the charm of period architecture combined with modern comforts. The rooms are spacious, bright, and well-laid-out, designed to ensure functionality and comfort during your stay.

The living area is cosy and spacious, furnished with a large dining table ideal for both meals and work, and a comfortable sofa perfect for relaxing. The separate, fully equipped kitchen features all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, to make your stay practical and comfortable, even for longer stays.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a large queen-size bed, the other with two single beds, both tastefully furnished and equipped with a spacious closet, ideal for keeping your personal belongings organised.

There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, offering guests maximum comfort.

The apartment is equipped with independent heating, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a flat-screen smart TV. In addition, the high-speed internet connection makes it particularly suitable for remote workers, students, or guests who need an efficient and reliable workspace.

Check-in instructions will be provided at the time of booking. In compliance with Italian rental laws, we are required to request copies of identification documents for the purpose of reporting guests to the Public Safety Authority.

A request must always be submitted for stays exceeding 30 days. If your request is approved, you will be required to sign a contract, provide documentation proving the temporary nature of your stay, and have an Italian tax ID number. A payment of 100 euros + VAT is required to register the contract if you have a tax ID number; otherwise, the fee is 150 euros + VAT.

HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING

In Milan, the heating season is set by the City and traditionally runs from October 15 to April 15, for a maximum of 13 hours per day, between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

The maximum permitted temperature is 19°C, with a tolerance of +2°C.

Air conditioning, on the other hand, may be used from June 1 through September 30, depending on the outside temperature.
