Nice and comfy.

I have been at the Hotel before. My room this time was better than before, Hotel has a great location, was easy to access the Duomo by feet. Staff always nice and breakfast waitress very friendly. Rooms facing the street is much nicer than back.

The hotel is a great option if you want to be close to the Duomo and pay fair money. Many options for dinner and many stores close by. The trump is next to the hotel and takes you to the central me station. The personnel is amazing, very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The fruit was fresh and everything else was just delicious. I was happy to stay there. Will stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. The Duomo and Galleria were only a 15 minute walk away. Multiple tram routes provided easy access around the city. Tram Route #9 connected the hotel direct to Milan Central Railway Station.

Great location, great staff, good breakfast. Big no no with mold, the room smelled very strongly of mold. We looked around and found it covered by the curtains. Very glad we were only booked for 1 day, couldnt have stayed any longer

Five-Year Anniversary Trip

My wife and I went to Italy and to Milan for the first time (respectively) to celebrate our 5-anniversary. The service at the hotel was great and the service offered by Armando, the night manager, was phenomenal! He made great conversations with us and made us feel at ease with Milan and the Italian culture.

It was quite a nice stay. The rooms are really small but that was expected as it is a small hotel. Room was nice and clean and the AC worked perfectly. Location is excellent for transport. You can catch the tram from right outside the hotel. It's a 15min walk to the cathedral and a tram ride to milan central station. However, one thing that could really be improved is breakfast. They don't have much choices and its the same things everyday which does get boring. Also, if all the tables are occupied then you will have to wait in line for someone to finish eating in order to have breakfast.

Do not stay here again do not stay the room was nasty actually the whole place nasty there is bad smell we found out there is a dead rat in the air system I almost threw up i left the room couldn't stay for a minute it was almost night told them refund my money so i can go to other hotel of coarse they refused and expedia didnt refund me my money so i lost over 400$ for nothing be aware of this place

Approssimativo ... due esempi su tutti: - Il braccio della doccia non si agganciava (perché? non ne potevate comprare uno adatto al gancio? costava di più o siete semplicemente superficiali?) - Le istruzioni del telefono (numero della reception, etc) stavano su un comodino (sotto al vetro), il telefono sull'altro comodino. Il telefono non si sposta perché la presa sta da un lato solo. Ci vuole un genio per capire dove mettere il foglio di istruzioni?? Io non ho usato, né mi serviva, il telefono ma basta un po' di attenzione per fare le cose meglio... qui questa attenzione manca in tutto

L'hôtel est situé le long d'un boulevard assez roulant et le double vitrage n'est pas efficace. Il y a donc dû bruit. L'hôtel est propre, personnel sympathique. La chambre que nous avions était petite mais assez confortable Le petit dej est correct sans plus.
