It is located in Via Ceradini, in the Città Studi area not far from Porte Venezia, a quiet residential neighborhood, where there is also the highest concentration of academic institutions in the city. It is easily accessible by public transport coming from the central station and airports, and the Dateo metro stop is 100m away and there is convenient parking for cars a few steps away. The welcoming combination of classic bourgeois style and modern, clean and refined design will make you feel at home after a long day discovering Milan. The accommodation is perfect for couples or families and can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people, it is located on the third floor accessible by elevator and consists of an entrance, living room with sofa that can become a double bed if necessary, fully equipped open kitchen complete with all appliances, a double bedroom and one with two single beds and two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub, and two terraces, one with access from the living room/kitchen and one from the double bedroom. For the comfort of our guests, the apartment is equipped with wifi access, hair dryer, TV, iron, air conditioning and heating. Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19, every day. Later ones are only possible by prior arrangement and with an extra payment. Arrivals after 11 p.m. are not allowed. Check-out, on the other hand, is at 10:00 a.m. We remind you that to stay in Milan it is mandatory to pay the tourist tax, equal to 6.30€ per day for each guest, which will be collected at the time of check-in, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.
