The apartment is in a modern building, very quiet. Park View is located in a green area, on the 6th floor with elevator, well served, ideal for short or longer stays. As soon as you enter the living room with balcony and large relaxation area with television and dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and everything included in the equipment of the welcome kit of CaseOspitali. The furniture is typical Italian, authentic and familiar.

From the hallway there is access to the bathroom with window equipped with sink, toilet, bidet, shower cabin and washing machine. The second bedroom has 3 single beds and a private bathroom.

The apartment is easily accessible by car, and you can always park in the nearby streets.

The spaces in Park View have been optimized for a pleasant stay, without giving up anything, in fact, there is also a wardrobe and a shoe rack for those staying for a longer period. Free high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning complete the offer.

Guests will have at their disposal the entire three-room apartment with balcony located on the 6th and last floor in a residential area.
