Can't recommend to stay

We booked this place during the design week for 2 nights (April 2023). At arrival the room however already was occupied by another guest. The owner sold it to two different parties for the same night. Even calling right at checkin there was no support from the owner at all to find an other location for the night nor any willingness to refund the first night. The room was cleaned (fresh towels), however the quality of the building was not satisfied at all. Felt like stay on a construction side.

We had trouble getting into the room and called the number provided, the customer service was awful, they were rude and not helpful. After a long day of travel being told "please stop speaking" and being ignored was not a good experience. They do not treat their guests like guests. We watched the woman who was cleaning our room smoke a cigarette right in our doorway with the door opened, leaving our room smelling like cigarettes. Our room had plastic wrappers under the table and radiator. There was no hot water and our room was freezing. I have never left a bad review for anything ever but this was a very disappointing experience.

Este hotel es TERRIBLE. Dice no fumadores y huele a cigarrillo mucho todo el tiempo, las paredes son sucias y llenas de humedades, el wifi no funciona, el baño se inunda pues no funciona bien el sanitario ni la ducha, los anfitriones no contestan nunca… es un engaño las fotos no tienen NADA que ver con la realidad

Dopo aver prenotato e aver pagato L intero importo per poter alloggiare per una notte mi è stato detto che bisogna fare il check in attraverso un sito differente (con relativo costo a parte) dopo averlo effettuato non ricevevo risposta, ho dovuto chiamare svariate volte per avere informazioni se andasse tutto apposto, e dopo 30 minuti mi hanno risposto dicendo che bisogna avere L età minima per fare il check in, e quindi che la mia prenotazione è stata cancellata, tutto questo nel giro di meno di un ora, prenotazione cancellata MA non mi è stato rimborsato NIENTE se non la quota per il check in (6 euro), ho provato a cercare riscontro via messaggio, essi sono stati ignorati, gestione a dir poco scadente con un INCOMPETENZA e INABILITÀ nella gestione e comunicazione con i clienti, inoltre fare lucro su un “non servizio” non è sicuramente professionale, né eticamente corretto. Concludo dicendo che oltre a sconsigliare a tutti questa struttura, sicuramente ci saranno anche delle ripercussioni dal punto di vista legale. ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE!

Sisäänkirjautuminen ei toiminut ollenkaan. Huoneistossa kaikki vähän rempallaan ja vinossa ja aika likaista. Keittiössä ei pistorasioita niin vettä keitettiin vessassa, samoin keittolevyä käytettiin vessassa. Sängyssä kuoppa keskellä ja onneton peitto. Lämmin vesi riittää max 2:lle jos on nopea ja suihkukaappiin ei isompi ihminen sovi sisään. TV kanavat eivät näy kuin rakeisena. Sijainti hyvä, 10 min kävelymatka Centraleen ja rauhallista yöaikaan. Tosin yläkerran asukas valvoo suht myöhään ja kävelee koroilla narisevalla lautalattiallaan, se kuuluu aika kovaa. Korvatulpat pelastaa jos haluaa nukkumaan ajoissa.
