The comforter provided had blood stains. We were asked to leave the room key with the front desk when we are going out. The rooms don’t have any soundproofing, and as a result our sleep was disturbed by a huge argument between the front desk staff and a customer. Not recommending to anyone.

Charming, with a lot of character. You can reach all the main attractions in the city centre by walk. Friendly staff, you need something, just ask. Would like a kettle in the room, but there was a hairdryer in the bathroom (so, one of two 😁). Overall very good option for the price.

Complicated late checkin-policy
I was informed that the late check-in will be charged 50€ till 21:00 and 120€ after 21:00, it was extremely complicated to get to the late checkin. It took 5 calls and several emails to confirm the late checkin and made it very complicated and leaving me with high uncertainty until the late checkin while being charged 50€ at the end. Further the Air Condition (AC) remote was not provided in the hotel room and kept at the reception, so I ended up with a hotel room with around 30degrees for one night until I have received the control on the next day with the comment that they forgot to hand it at the check-in. With such complicated proceedings I would not recommend this hotel for business travels

Most awful hotel I have ever stayed in! Do not go
If you’re reading this, then please make this the review you take notice of. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Sleep in a tent or in the street if you have too, because this won’t just be a bad experience but it will be an experience you wish you never had. We were verbally abused, rights revoked with no clean towels or room cleaned, they said disgusting things about family members and threatened us because we asked to change rooms due to loud noise from the drainage systems we couldn’t sleep. Ran by scum bags, do not stay here. They don’t deserve any money, this place deserves to get shut down. They will add extra costs to the room where they can. Beware

Dear Guest, we are sorry to say you that you already know that the air cond. was not included and you said that you are fine without ..... you had a completely new room with a home made beds ( orthopedic mattress). JUST TO REMEMBER YOU, YOU SAID NO AIR CO SERVICE NO NICE COMMENT.....Its not honest at all Regards

The room was like in the description, we were even able to choose our room! We arrived late but the guy from the reception was very helpful and friendly. We even got a welcome drink! You just need to be aware that there is a lot of noise from the old staircase.

Im Hotelzimmer war es sehr kalt und nach Nachfrage beim Personal wurden die Heizungen nicht angemacht. Neben dem Hotel war ein Musik Studio, dass bis 23 Uhr sehr laut Musik machte. An sich ein einfaches aber nicht empfehlenswertes Hotel.

La struttura non si presenta come da foto, tra l'altro si arriva in una reception e si viene accompagnati nella struttura a 100 MT. Avevo una singola e mi hanno messo dentro una tripla che non aveva nulla a che fare con ciò che avevo prenotato. Struttura rumorosa.

Generell ein authentisches Hotel und nettes Personal. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist die Lautstärke. Man hört jedes Geräusch vom Treppe Haus und wenn jemand die Toilettenspülung über uns bedient dann ist das wie ein lautes Rauschen der Niagarafälle.

Séjour parfait
Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits et c’était parfait. La chambre était propre et climatisée. Le monsieur de l’accueil était très gentil et bienveillant à notre égard. L’hôtel est très bien placé, à 10/15 minutes du centre en transports, parfait pour les séjours de courte ou de moyenne durée.

El vuelo se retrasó 4 horas por lo que llegamos sobre las 10 de la noche al hotel. Nos hicieron pagar 35€ de mas por hacer el check in más tarde de las 8. No hay ninguna información sobre esto en la reserva. Las habitaciones están bien, pero la cama es extremadamente incómoda y ruidosa, cada vez que alguien en la cama se mueve, hace un ruido increíble. Además del ruido que se oye. A partir de las 6 de la mañana se ponen a limpiar y a golpear puertas despertando a todo el mundo. Al menos en la planta baja, que es donde estábamos. El personal está bien a excepción del que nos hizo el check out que fue muy desagradable y maleducado cuando le pedimos que nos diera la factura de los 35€. Sin duda, un hotel al que jamas volvería.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, considerando quanto sia cara Milano. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. Camera delux piuttosto piccola, con spazi abbastanza stretti. Materasso 1 piazza e mezzo, per me troppo duro.

Poco onesti in fase di prenotazione
Avevo prenotato per una notte al 'Boutique Calais' ma una volta arrivato mi hanno detto che la stanza era stata preparata su un'altra loro struttura a pochi metri (Villa Giovanna)..e già qua si doveva avvisare il cliente in anticipo, non si fa un downgrade di camera/struttura senza avvertire prima. Quindi tutte le foto di Hotels.com differiscono dalla struttura per cui avevo prenotato. Il bagno era allegato di acqua ma il personale devo dire che è stato solerte nel ripristinare il danno. La reception praticamente assente in quanto in comune tra le due strutture con il personale che fa la spola: per ogni cosa bisogna chiamare telefonicamente al numero indicato. Troppo scomodo. L'interno della stanza (avevo chiesto una singola e mi hanno dato una tripla) spartano, economico e con bisogno di rinnovo. Vista l'organizzazione, non consiglio nessuna delle due strutture (Boutique Calais dove ho prenotato e Villa Giovanna dove ho pernottato)
