CIR Code: 015146-LNI-07457

An intimate and cosy retreat where you can unwind after a day of work or sightseeing in Milan. A compact yet fully functional and well-furnished one-bedroom apartment. Perfect for 2 people but also well-suited for up to 4, ideal for both friends and families.

This comfortable and bright two-room apartment with a balcony, just a stone’s throw from Porta Romana/Piazza Lodi, is perfect both for exploring Milan and its attractions and for medium-term stays, as it is fully equipped with every comfort...

The apartment has recently been completely renovated and is located on the third floor of a very quiet building with an lift; it overlooks only the inner courtyard, making it very quiet.

At the entrance, you’ll find a beautiful living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a comfortable table for 4 people, and a sofa bed (140 cm x 190 cm), as well as a television. The living room leads to the bedroom and bathroom, as well as to the outdoor balcony.

The bedroom features a large, spacious six-door wardrobe with built-in drawers and a queen-size bed.

The fully equipped bathroom, which features a window, has a large glass-enclosed shower stall, a toilet, and a bidet.

The kitchen is equipped with every convenience, from a dishwasher to an electric oven, from a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment to a microwave and an induction cooktop.

Heating is provided by the building, and you can control the temperature using thermostatic valves located directly on each radiator;

both rooms also feature air conditioning.

The apartment is in a truly strategic location for exploring Milan. In fact, the area—situated between the ancient Porta Romana, the city’s entrance gate, and Piazza Lodi—is very lively and full of shops and recreational opportunities. It’s extremely convenient for reaching any part of the city thanks to its proximity to the two Metro stations, Lodi and Porta Romana, as well as, of course, the various surface transport options that connect, such as the subway, in all directions—from the city centre (Bus No. 65) to the central station (Bus No. 92), to the Navigli (Bus No. 9).

In the immediate vicinity (a 2- to 10-minute walk at most), there are numerous shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as two large supermarkets and various other businesses: the Esselunga on Viale Umbria is just a 2-minute walk away, as is the Unes on Via Muratori. The Piazza Lodi shopping centre, which features a large Ipercoop supermarket and other stores, is no more than a 5-minute walk away. Walking towards Porta Romana, you’ll find several restaurants, bars, and pubs where you can relax and enjoy excellent food and a variety of specialities. To name just a few: Radicetonda (organic cuisine), Trattoria MiBabbo, Giulio Pane e Ojo, Osso (butcher shop and restaurant), and La Cozzeria for dining; PepeNero and Il Pomodorino for pizza; and you can enjoy great beer at Pogue Mahones and excellent cocktails at Zinc Bar. Right around the corner

In addition to visiting the historic centre with its majestic monuments and points of interest (the Duomo, Castello Sforzesco, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Torre Velasca, the Fashion District, Brera, etc.), we recommend exploring the Navigli district, strolling along the Naviglio Grande and the Naviglio Pavese (the two oldest waterways connecting Milan to Pavia and other cities) and getting lost among the countless small restaurants or bars for dinner or an aperitif.

If you have time, we also recommend trying the various relaxing treatments at QC Terme Milano, where you’ll be immersed in a world of pure relaxation at our city’s ancient Roman baths.

Upon your arrival, we’ll hand you the keys, show you around the apartment and its amenities, and provide you with all the instructions and information you need.

We’ll always be available to assist with any requests, advice, or information regarding your stay in Milan. We can offer you any service, from transfers to and from any destination to grocery delivery. We can get you tickets

Way too small for 3 people. Bedding and pillows not very good. Should be upgraded with extra pillows.
Location is great if that's where you want to be.
Acceptable in every way for a couple only...especially if you don't want to spend much time in the flat.
