Great Hotel with swimming pool, location is just off a dual carriageway, free parking, very easy bus and train journey into Milan city centre. fantastic Japanese buffet with sushi and dimsum, it's very good especially if your driving

Friendly staff at check-in, and the room looked fine at first glance. However, it was quite dirty, especially the walls and curtains. The worst part was the noise. The sound insulation between rooms was extremely poor—I could hear everything from the neighboring room. The person next door talked loudly on the phone until very late and started making noise again early in the morning, so I barely got any rest. The AC was also loud, so I had to turn it off. The bathroom was the only decent part. Breakfast was mediocre at best, 4/10. I asked to check out early due to the noise but was denied because I had booked two nights. While I understand the policy, given how bad the experience was, the hotel should have made an exception. I left after one night and checked into another hotel, even though I had to pay for both. I will not stay here again and do not recommend it.

Although I asked, I got no help with my luggage to my room, The breakfast staff seems unhappy with their jobs, they give you attitude for any question, no one smiles here.
