We had a lovely stay at this property. It was small but had everything we needed for a city break for 2 and was close to amenities. The host was excellent (even though we had a language barrier) The only downside was with Expedia whose app went down on our check in day so we could not get details and had to go straight to the host which was not easy without the app.

The property is in a residential building. It is in a quiet area. Walking distance to Duomo if you like exploring by foot, but there is Metro nearby. There’s small convenience shops too for some basic stuff. Limited facilities like cooking utensils only plates, cutlery, glassware and microwave, washing machine, fridge but no oven. There is small kettle to make coffee. The air-con is great especially after a day of walking around the city. I did not received check-in instructions although I have messaged the day before arrival. I have to call the owner on the day which is inconvenient but was sorted afterwards. There is miscommunication with the tax, I was surprised with the fee for 3nights, but not updated on their guidelines/guide folder even on Expedia site. First time to have this type of issue. Overall it’s good.

Great stay at a very quiet studio apartment. Kind and helpful host, air conditioning, washing machine, comfortable bed, mini fridge, range, pots+pans, 2 minute walk to groceries. 160 meters from the tram stop. Plan on it taking 15-20 minutes to get from the doorstep to the Duomo. Perfect for a couple that enjoys privacy and snacks at the apartment. We would absolutely stay there again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Milan. The location is excellent – both the train and metro are easily accessible, making it quick and convenient to get into the city. At the same time, many places can also be reached on foot. A special highlight is how quiet the area is despite being so centrally located. Perfect for a relaxing stay in a vibrant city. Highly recommended!

El apartamento cuenta con estufa, nevera y lavadora. Se encuentra en una calle principal pero no es muy ruidoso. El apartamento no es muy grande pero cuenta con lo necesario.
