Zeer hulpvaardige verhuurster, die me bijstond met advies terwijl ik met lichte griep zat. Strategisch gelegen tussen twee metrostations en 10-15 minuten lopen van Navigli. Rustige buurt!

Camera molto essenziale ma pulita. Colazione per mezzo di brioscine e latte a lunga conservazione lasciati in camera. Bagno chimico (con serbatoio, stile barca a vela) che fa un enorme casino ogni volta che viene usato e questo vale per una qualsiasi delle 4 camere. Camera caldissima. Signora pedante.

Soggiornatoci per un weekend mordi-e-fuggi, è stata un' esperienza senza una minima pecca. A 5 minuti dall' Università Cattolica, la struttura ha offerto un' ottima locazione, una stanza immacolata ed un personale sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. Consigliato senza alcuna riserva!

Not Truly a B&B like other properties

I selected this property because I wanted to stay in a local neighborhood, and be close to one of the metro stops. I was disappointed that most of the shops in the immediate area of this property were closed the entire time of my stay. Emilia was gracious enough to allow me to check in early, and was at the property to greet me - other than that she is not around. To call this a B&B is not quite accurate because there is no kitchen, and the lobby area is just a small pass through to the rental rooms. Breakfast consisted of limited pre-packaged food selections (croissant, muffins, etc) she picked up at the store. The best part was the espresso maker in the lobby area. The property is very clean, and the room was functional - except the tv did not work properly, which was not a deal breaker for me. Perhaps the best part was plenty of hot water to shower with in the morning. All in all - the price was right, but I would not choose to stay here again.

Koska kyseessä ei ole hotelli vaan B & B, eivät annetut kuvausvaihtoehdot sovi hyvin kuvaukseen. B & B on aina vaatimaton, emmekä muuta odottaneet. Sijainti kaupungissa oli erinomainen, siksi sen varasimme. Pitäjä-signora oli hyvin ystävällinen ja osasi englantia ihan mukavasti. Varaus ja sen varmistus eivät sujuneet juoheasti: varauksen yhteydessä pyydettiin varmistamaan varaus 72 tuntia ennen sen alkua. Tätä varten varauksen tiedoissa annettiin puhelinnumero, joka ei kuitenkaan vastannut. (Siinä käskettiin italiaksi soittamaan juuri samaan puhelimeen jonka viestiä kuuntelimme.) Vaikka siihen numeroon jätettiin voicemail tuloajasta, oli signora epävarma tulosta ja pyysi sähköpostitse tietoa. Sähköposti tuli varauksen tehneen henkilön postiin; tämä henkilö tuli kuitenkin paikalle vasta päivää myöhemmin eikä osannut vastata, milloin tarkalleen ensimmäinen asukas saapuisi (Itävallasta). Koska tällä taas ei ollut internet-mahdollisuutta mukanaan, syntyi pientä sähläystä. Miksi varauksessa ei voitu antaa signoran sähköpostiosoitetta jo valmiiksi?

great location

Great location, 15min walk to Doumo, plenty of restaurants nearby. The lady who meets and greats you is lovely and will you give you lots of info. The room is decent size, clean. Breakfast is very basic, on a tray, but ok. The walls are very thin, you can hear people's conversation in the next room. There are a few rooms in the flat, and if other rooms aren't considerate like ours, then you won't get a good night sleep. The trams and Metro is very close if you don't want to walk. Overall is good value for money and considering the location and the price is good. One thing to remember! It's called Angelis as well, so look for Angelis signs.

Everything was excellent, the location is close to everything even to Doumo. The owner is very friendly and helpful. She gave us idea where to go and visit even those places outside of the city, the apartment is in a very quite place. We rested and enjoyed staying there. We recommend this B&B to everyone who wants to stay in Milan and we liked it more than hotels.

Nice place in quiet area not far from Duomo. Very good tram connection to the very centre or 15 minute walk. The hostess is a very nice lady! If you want to saty in a feel like home atmosphere - that's the place.

Perfect tuscany retreat

stunning view and easy to find with parking, A pleasant place to stay while visiting nearby saturnia, the food in the resturant was good and the hotel staff were helpful in organising our wine tour. The only downside was the wifi was poor and didnt always work, but that was only a minor issue.
