Very let down
I did not wish to travel due to the aftermath of the covid -19 pandemic and on going social distance issues in Northern Italy . I wanted to move the booking to 2021 but this was refused. I pointed out that this was an unprecedented global event but it made no difference. Hotel.co. take i assume a booking fee but just state its down to the discretion of the hotel. Both outward and return flights i believe were cancelled.I did manage to rebook these for next year. Yet i still receive promotional emails as if its all ok,but its not.

The room is NOT so great. The bed has a mattress in which you sinkn too much and so is the pillows. BUT THE WORST WAS THAT THEY DIDN'T LET ME USE THE BATHROOM AFTER CHECKING OUT
