A cosy and bright apartment of approximately 45 square metres, sleeping up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a building without an lift (NOT suitable for people with disabilities). The apartment is located just 600 metres from the Crocetta metro station (M3 – yellow line), which takes you to Piazza Duomo in just 2 stops; the property boasts a highly convenient location.

The property consists of two levels with an open kitchen, two double beds, and a bathroom.

The space

The interior is laid out as follows:



- LOWER LEVEL with an open kitchen (gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka pot, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses) and a dining table;

- BEDROOM with a double bed and desk on the lower level and an upper level with a double bed, chest of drawers, and split A/C;

- BATHROOM inside the BEDROOM on the lower level with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating with a Perry thermostat, split-system air conditioning (in the loft bedroom), hair dryer, washing machine, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.



The two levels are not soundproofed from each other, and there are no doors separating them.



WARNING: Please note that there is an internal staircase between the living room and the loft bedroom (please exercise caution if travelling with small children).

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
