Search Farmstay in Milan

"When we got there I had u knowingly ordered a smoking room. The smell as we came off the elevator was horrible. As we found our room two cigarette butts Kay in front of our door in the hallway??? That was shocking. The staff was on top of things and put us on a different floor in a clean smelling room. So my only problem I guess was with housekeeping."

"We had made our reservations a month or so in advance, but we arrived late at night and were given the key to our room but there was a man in the bed when we opened the door. We apologized and lugged our luggage back down to the main desk. We were told there were no more rooms with two queen beds so we asked if we could have two rooms instead. When we went to open the second room, it was the same room with a man in bed. So we had to lug our suitcases back down to the main desk again. We were finally given the keys to two unoccupied rooms. We just hoped the desk clerk wouldn’t now give some stranger the key to our rooms!! Very uosetting!"

"The property was as advertised and we had an excellent stay. The fire pit and hot tub were very enjoyable. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Our interaction with the hosts was prompt and handled quickly. We will go back for sure. "
