Nice place, attention was good and great breakfast. Parking was expensive and a nightmare. It was located only 2 blocks from the Hotel but need to drive 3km to access due to streets work. Rosa Grand Milano - Starhotels Collezione
The room was great and a superb location. The check in was messy as the staff member was new and they lost our luggage for a period if time. He did apologise on check out. Everyone is new at some point. Maybe some better training is required.
