"No air conditioning, no reception, no check-in PIN-code from Hotels.com (the other customers had to call to the staff of the hotel), the phone number of the hotel in the booking confirmation was not working, no information about breakfast. Which is not worse at all, may be a little more costly. The service was superb. This place is a great point to see and enjoy the region.
