The one restaurant I was refused service but without an explanation as the serving staff didn’t see to speak English well. "Lovely hotel, wonderful location. Seems to appeal to families predominantly. We really enjoyed the pianist on Friday evening. The food was lovely, though we were a little uncomfortable with the buffet service (and sheer number of people using it) given the pandemic. Language was a little tricky with a limited number of staff who could speak English, but we were able to communicate in German, so not a major issue. Overall a good stay. Thank you. "
