Villa Medina is an impressive villa that is magnificently located in a gated community on a quiet residential street in the popular area of Torrenueva, La Cala de Mijas.
This is a short distance (5 minutes) from the sandy beach and seafront promenade, several restaurants and shops. It is a very short drive from the centre of La Cala or Fuengirola. Just 20 kilometres from Marbella and 25 minutes' drive from Málaga airport. There are many shopping options nearby. Large supermarkets; Lidl, Carrefour and Mercadona are only 3 to 5 minutes' drive away. It is also a paradise for golf lovers with more than 5 excellent golf courses within a range of just 2 km. The villa has easy access to all amenities, but away from the crowds, and also offers incredible views.

The house is divided into three levels; the rooftop terrace with its large solarium and an impressive view of the beautiful garden with palm trees, exotic plants and the Mediterranean Sea in the background. You can have breakfast here or sunbathe more privately, away from the children at the pool, whilst enjoying views of Gibraltar all the way to the Moroccan coast on the horizon. If you wish to cool off between two sunbathing sessions, there is an outdoor shower here for that purpose.
The main level features a large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen in a spacious living area where a large table allows you to sit comfortably with 12 adults. The same characteristics of the living room include a large sofa, ideal for relaxing in the evening with friends and family or a film night with the children. Step out from here and you will be at the private pool, whose perfect orientation means it is in the sun all day long. You can enjoy the sun loungers whilst those who wish to sit in the shade can relax on the covered side of the terrace.
Both the pool and terrace enjoy the same sea views. Practicality was key when designing this house, with an outdoor shower and separate toilet on this level again to demonstrate this. A barbecue is also available which, combined with the covered terrace, guarantees long and relaxed evenings outdoors during almost the entire year. It has been created in this way to make the most of the warm evening breeze from the Mediterranean Sea.

Maintenance and Cleaning: The accommodation must be returned in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted directly from the deposit, in the following cases:
Excessive general dirt on the property.
A considerable amount of unwashed dirty dishes.
Accumulation of rubbish within the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the street containers indicated in the guide before departure.
Irreversible damage to towels and bedding (makeup, creams, chemical products).
Services, Works and Environment: At Mojo Rentals, our priority is that you enjoy a pleasant stay. For this reason, we ensure that we carry out thorough and rigorous cleaning of the property before your arrival to deliver it to you in optimal conditions. However, the guest accepts the following:
We are not responsible if community services (swimming pools, saunas, gyms, etc.) are closed or restricted due to community decisions or legal regulations.
Community Works: We are not responsible for any possible acoustic or visual disturbance caused by maintenance, conservation or renovation works approved by the community that are carried out in common areas (façade painting, works in entrances, garages, gardens, etc.).
External Works and Third Parties: We cannot be held responsible for continuous dirt (such as dust or debris on terraces and external areas) or noise or disturbances caused by construction works, renovations or maintenance carried out outside the property by third parties (adjacent plots, neighbouring properties or public roads). As these are activities outside our control, we have no authority over their schedules or intensity, and their existence will not entitle you to refunds or compensation.
