Mijas is a picturesque, white village with narrow, cobbled streets, traditional shops and restaurants. Although a little out of the way, it is easy to get to the coastal and toll roads from here, which provide easy access to the many villages and towns along the Costa del Sol. There is also a bus service linking Mijas with the lively town of Fuengirola and its sandy beaches.
