Mijas Golf - Luxury 3 BR Apartment in Puebla Aida
The Apartment has 3 bedrooms set in the heart of the Puebla Aida. The property overlooks to the Tropical Pool and a beautiful valley. As the property is located on the high hill you also have a wonderful sea and golf view!
Apartment has access to 4 pools, fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV & Internet Access.
The space
This is a second floor apartment and not suitable for wheelchairs.
Accommodation
On entering the property you have the fully equipped kitchen to your left, the living area straight on, 2 of the bedrooms at your right and one at your left.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge-Freezer, Oven, Hob, Extractor Fan, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, and plenty of work space.
The living and dining area are configured as open-plan with glass doors that leads on to the main terrace. The terrace can be accessed via the sitting room or the Master Bedroom.
Bedrooms
Immediately to the right of the entrance hall is the Third Bedroom that is a small room for one person (exelent for a kid).
The Second bedroom is a twin bedroom with built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and has a direct acces to an own terace overlooking to the Tropical pool.
From the Master Bedroom you have direct acces to the Master bathroom, Built-in Wardrobes, ceiling fan, and a large full length French doors leading to the terrace.
Location
Puebla Aida is located on Mijas Golf Urbanisation and is only 10 minutes drive from Fuengirola beach as well as easy access to Mijas Costa beach, El Faro beach, and Calahonda beach. There is a water-park within 10 minutes drive which will keep the kids happy when they get fed up with the beach!
