Magnificent villa close to the sea with heated pool. Sea view!
- Magnificent Andalusian style villa renovated in 2024 located 10 minutes walk from the beach. Close to a small shopping center with bars, restaurants and all amenities. The property has 4 bedrooms. 3 beautiful bedrooms on the ground floor and a large master suite with two private terraces with a magnificent sea view upstairs. The house has a brand new fitted kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a spacious and bright living room with a view of the terrace and the large private heated swimming pool. The villa is located in a quiet street in Calahonda, 10 minutes from Marbella, 3 minutes from the port of Cabopino (one of the most beautiful ports on the coast) and 25 minutes from Puerto Banus. Malaga Airport is 20 minutes from the motorway. You will find many equipment and games for children there (pétanque, pool games, outdoor plancha and fridge, children's games, children's bed, board games, mountain biking, washing machine, dryer, etc.)
