The apartment

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is directly accessible without stairs or lift. A lift is available from the garage to the apartment. The spacious layout offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of golfers. The open plan living-dining kitchen features a lounge sofa and sliding doors to the covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher.


The master bedroom is ensuite and features a low Japanese-style double bed. It also has direct access to the terrace, creating a bright and open feel.


The second and third bedrooms each have double beds put together (single mattresses with a double fitted sheet), and all beds are made up with single duvets for comfort.


All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a wardrobe.


The apartment has two bathrooms, both fitted with a walk-in shower.


The terrace is the heart of the apartment: partially covered and southeast facing, with a lounge corner and a dining table for six, and a tranquil view over the garden and the Mijas mountains. Step outside and you are immediately in the green surroundings of the complex.
