This lovely, modern 3 bedroom Penthouse apartment is located in the complex of Noriazul, close to the Noria Golf Club and the town of La Cala. The gated community offers a large swimming pool area with a children's pool, sun loungers and showers. There is also a well maintained communal area with seating. The complex is conveniently located just outside the town but is an easy and short walk to the shops , restaurants, bars and beach. The complex has underground garage parking.



The accommodation has free WiFi and hot and cold Air conditioning. Enter the hallway and on the right is the lounge/diner beautifully furnished with a dining table, leather sofas, TV , DVD and offers access to the north-west facing covered terrace. The terrace has views over the communal gardens. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and enjoys a separate utility room. The utility room also accesses the terrace. The terrace is furnished with 4 sun beds and dining table and chairs. Overall there are 3 terraces within the accommodation.



On the left is the bedroom area. The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and has an en suite bathroom and access to its own terrace. One guest bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and the other is furnished with 2 single beds. There is also a travel cot and highchair. The guest bedrooms have use of the guest bathroom. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and both bathrooms have a bath with overhead shower fitting.
