  • CHALÉ TOWNHOUSE between Fuengirola and Mijas Costa (Málaga). Facing the sea, just 75 meters away and next to a lighthouse. Bars, restaurant and supermarket within 100 meters. Sea views from terrace, living room and bedrooms. Walking to the beach there are about 300 meters. The beach is sandy with a beach bar and a lifeguard house. With clear days you can see the coast of Africa. Gibraltar and Sierra Nevada. It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Capacity for 6 people. Community pool, community parking at the entrance door, FREE WIFI, tv, washing machine, microwave, hob, large fridge, iron, etc., large terrace with dining table outside, barbecue on terrace, large entrance patio And sun loungers for sunbathe. Prices:
    -Until September 18 at 600 euros the week.
    -On October 1 until April 30, 2017 the week at 450 euros the week.
    More deposit or deposit of 300 euros. The deposit is returned once it is verified that the house is returned in the delivered state.

Girls break away

Its a very nice , clean property. We were all happy with it and Francusco was very helpful when we asked about anything. Shops, restraunt and pub not far from house. Pool decent size and plenty seating around it in sun or shade. We would book again and recommend to family and friends.

A great place to stay

This chalet exceeded our expectations. We were met on arrival by Francisco and we were shown around the chalet which was very clean. The patio was fantastic and in full sun for most of the day. 2 great restaurants only a 10 minute walk away and the staff and service were first class. We used the local taxi's to get to other areas and the drivers were very polite and punctual. Francisco lives locally and was available if we needed any help during our stay. Best Winter Getaway Ever!

My husband and I left the Chicago winter and spent six weeks falling in love with Costa del Sol and settling into a great place to stay. We were visited by friends and family, and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed their time there. This is a perfect place to relax not only because it is very cute and comfortable but also conveniently located as a home base for many great surrounding adventures. There’s a terrace where you can watch boats go by and dolphins playing, but waking up every morning to see the sun rising over the sea is indescribable. Francisco is fantastic and could not do enough to ensure our comfort. You can stop scrolling through places to stay and stop right here - we are definitely coming back!

Overall we had a good stay however clearer information about accessibility may have helped. There was a road and traffic noise in front of property. The beach was also not easy access as intimated in the blurb. The pool area was lovely except for access again. The nearest beach was stony not sandy as described.

situated between Marbella and Fuenginrola and only 30mins drive from Malaga airport. Local restuarant "Colinas del faro" walking distance, was superb. Host Fransisco was great.

Friends Holiday

Just returned from a lovely week at El Faro staying at the Costabonita property number 12. Francisco met us on arrival and showed us round the property, explaining how things work and best way of getting places. Hire car would be handy but not essential as taxis were cheap (€8-10 approx) to Fuengirola or La Cala. Bus stop at entrance to the complex with buses every 15-30minutes. Quiet pool is 1 minute from property and shop/restaurants about 5 minutes walk. Only negative about the property is that there are a steep flight of steps from pavement down to villa which may prove difficult for those with mobility problems. Also, don't let the proximity of the main road put you off as you get used to the traffic noise very quickly. Finally.... The view from the terrace is amazing! The beautiful sunrise was worth getting up for. Sun on the terrace all day until about 7pm with ample chairs and loungers for everyone. Would thoroughly recommend a stay at this property and will look forward to booking again in the future😀👍

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ca 200 Meter vom Strand entfernt.Dort kann man für 9 Euro am Tag eine Liege mieten Strand sehr steinigBadeaufsicht vor OrtDie Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt an der Autobahn Gute Anbindung Bushaltestelle Fussläufig zu erreichen Ebenso wie der Kioks Freundliches Personal aber sehr teuerDas Restaurant direkt nebenan hat sehr viele Glutenfreie Gerichte zur Auswahl.Preise akzeptabel Direkt dahinter kann man mit der Karte die man vom Vermieter bekommt den Pool nutzen.Liegen für 2 Euro pro TagDie Ferienwohnung ist so geschnitten das eine Person ein separates Bad mit Schlafzimmer hatWaschmaschine vorhanden Matratzen zum Teil sehr weichLiegestühle sehr veraltetVon 4 Herdplatten funktionierten 2 nicht Mobiliar insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen Bettzeug. Und Schubladen der Schränke sehr muffig Aufhängen der Kleidung bedingt dadurch das im Schrank zb Bügelbrett,abgebautes Kinderbett gelagert werden kaum möglich Liegen ohne Auflagen und nicht wirklich sauberKommunikation gut und schnellInsgesamt hat uns diese Wohnung nicht überzeugt und der Ausblick aufs Meer konnte uns auch nicht entschädigen.

A destacar la limpieza, comodidad, las vistas impresionantes, la amabilidad del propietario, muy cerca de bares, restaurantes y supermercado. La piscina a 25 metros y la playa a solo unos minutos. Merece la pena volver y disfrutar de la zona, la gastronomía y la amabilidad de sus gente.

Han sido unas vacaciones excelentes en todos los sentidos. Al llegar a la villa, quedamos sorprendidos por la limpieza y el orden. Estamos acostumbrados a viajar con distintas plataformas de alquiler pero es difícil encontrar una casa como está. Amueblada con lo que tiene que tener ni más ni menos, muy funcional y limpia lo que da mucha confianza cuando vienes con ancianos y niños. Destacar la amabilidad del propietario siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesto a resolver cualquier duda que tuvieramos. Destaco sobre todo la tranquilidad que allí se respira y que no se escucha un ruido en toda la noche. Sin olvidarme por supuesto, de la terraza con vistas a la playa. Tuvimos la suerte de ver delfines al atardecer. Lo dicho no vamos a olvidar estas vacaciones y vamos a volver seguro.
