This is your chance to stay in an elegant, well-maintained corner terrace townhouse in the always- popular Mijas Playa Club.Offering 3 bedrooms (maximum 4 adults per booking) with shower room, bathroom and toilet, the house also has an open plan kitchen so that everyone can share living space together. There is a solarium with a couple of sun loungers, an enclosed terrace off the kitchen with patio dining area as well as a sunny front terrace with al fresco dining area and sun shade.Mijas Playa Club is by the beach, with two community pools, and this complex is one of the most sought after as it is close to all services without the need of a car.The house is fully air conditioned throughout, has 3 double bedrooms, 2 double bathrooms, one with separate shower and bath and one with shower, plus toilet on the ground floor. It has a very spacious lounge/dining room with two sofas,TV, and the kitchen is opened to the living area, modern, fully equipped including oven, electric hob, fridge, dishwasher andeverything you need for cooking for a self- catering stay.

Please note that pets are not allowed. Plant pots are NOT ash trays and you will lose your damages deposit if you treat plants this way. Air conditioning must be used responsibly, we reserve the right to remove the remotes and leave fans if the AC is being abused.
La Cala offers many bars and places tro visit, including a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
