"The beds are exceptionally hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. There are no rooms for a family of 4 - we had to take 2 rooms. The hotel was very clean, however, and the staff was helpful and polite. The location is quite convenient. "

"This was absolutely one of the worst trips I have ever done. Hotels.com help contribute to this. Not so great experience. Both the hotels.com and the resorts websites provided false information. The conditions were so bad that I landed up leaving a day early. I had to take someone to the hospital due to the dirtiness. I did not get refunded and I was actually charged more than what was expected. The location was great and the staff was great but they were unforgiving when it came to providing a refund or understanding the situation. Do not recommend this place unless you don't mind old worn down overcharged definitely not a two-star hotel resorts. One note you will have to pay for everything even if it says all exclusive."
