"J'ai réservé ma chambre via Hotel.com à 23h38 étant en voyage et ayant besoin de faire une pause. Une fois la réservation faite, j'ai essayé d'appeler l'hotel pour m'assurer que quelqu’un pouvait nous recevoir une demie-heure plus tard. Personne ne nous a repondu. Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de notre nuit d'hotel. J'ai appelé le lendemain matin pour demander le remboursement vu l'impossibilité de séjourner. "Very good and quiet place to stay. Located near the center and to the main shops area. Not so far from town entrance/exit. Personnel always kind and available for any info. "

"Gianni a entendu ma demande d'une place de parking puisque je suis une personne à mobilité réduite et il a pris l'initiative de me donner une chambre en rez de chaussée. Cela s'appelle être au service et à l'écoute de sa clientèle, un grand merci ! Il a discuté volontiers avec moi, c'est tellement mieux qu'une boîte à clé ! "The facility was clean, furnished tastefully but simply, with very modern bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, easy walk to Centro. No breakfast is included and there is no coffee machine in the room. While there are phone contacts available, there is no physical presence of any staff (except for cleaning), and entrance and exit are all done digitally. There are no outdoor chairs or lobby area, so no opportunity to mingle with other guests. This is acceptable for a short stay,...
