"Was in town for a Carlisle Event Weekend and very happy we stayed here as opposed to a hotel. House is super cute, very clean and has a beautiful setting. Very quiet with only sounds of nature. Great place to unwind after long days at the fairground. Enjoyed early mornings on the back porch looking at the scenery and the wild birds feeding their babies. Recommended if your planning to stay in the area."

"Waking up with a small window in front of you, and the first thing you see when your eyes open is a lush green forest, with trees slowly swaying, water droplets falling from the trees after an early morning rain. Waking up to all of this in a calm environment, in such an interesting space was a dream come true. Thanks for the hospitality and to lauren for being such a wonderful host."

"Although our stay was short. The owners of the property thought of everything. From having creamer in the fridge, a nice arrangement of chips and snacks to the ease of entering the property. Overall a wonderful stay for our family to attend a wedding."

"The property is surreal tucked back into the woods. The a frame is absolutely a dream. We didn’t want to leave! The hosts thought of EVERYTHING! Oil diffusers going, snacks and coffee supplies galore, choc chip cookies with a personalized message. The place was incredibly clean and tidy. Light switches were labeled. The checkin process was great and they don’t ask for too much at check out either. The spot isn’t far away from town to get groceries either. Will be staying here again!"

"We all loved the place. It was too bad we were busy every day and couldn't enjoy it. There was a little problem with the door lock code but it was handled quickly. Also the brand new refrigerator was not holding the temperature well and my friend who has to take a very expensive medicine almost lost $9,000 worth of it. The owner was very responsive and helped us. It wasn't her fault of course. All in all the mattresses were wonderful, the kitchen was lovely and I did a meal in it. The electric...

"This property is beautifully and thoughtfully designed to be a perfect rental. We had plenty for room for all 13 people to sleep comfortably, share the bathrooms, and gather in the living space. It was a bonus to enjoy the pond and the woods. It was an easy distance to travel to Penn State for graduation. Our hostess anticipated our needs and we lacked for nothing and everything was easy to find and clearly labeled."
