Holiday Home in the Tegernsee Region

You enter this beautiful country house through a private entrance and a spacious hallway. In the entrance area, you'll find a guest WC and a cloakroom with ample space for your belongings. The wide hallway leads into the open-plan living and dining area, featuring a cozy dining and sofa corner with TV and a wood-burning stove that provides warmth in winter. The fully equipped reclaimed wood kitchen invites you to cook and spend time together. The large sun terrace, accessible from the living and dining area, offers a comfortable seating area, two sun loungers, and a fire bowl—ideal for relaxing outdoors. A laundry room with sink, washing machine, and dryer, as well as a small pantry, are accessible from the hallway.



Upstairs, reached by a solid staircase, there are three spacious country-style bedrooms for up to six guests. Two rooms have access to the balcony. The bright, spacious bathroom with natural light features two sinks, a WC, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub.



The idyllic holiday home "Kehlpoint" is set in green nature at the edge of the forest, offering peace and seclusion, yet just a few minutes' drive from Miesbach. Schliersee, Tegernsee, and the Bavarian mountains like Wendelstein, Taubenstein, and Breitenstein are all within easy reach. In winter, the Spitzingsee and Sudelfeld ski areas invite you to enjoy winter sports. Schliersee and Tegernsee offer many wellness centers, spas, sulfur baths, and swimming pools. Bad Tölz, Rosenheim, Bad Aibling, and the Austrian border are just 30 minutes away by car. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are provided.
