Innovative. Regional. Sustainable

The apartment building near Munich has strong ties to the metropolitan region and is also closely connected to the city via train and highway. Nevertheless, the Leo apartment building is located in the Oberland and feels connected to the traditions and unique characteristics of this scenic region. For example, the Leo offers a cosy courtyard for social gatherings. The architecture we’ve chosen also emphasises this regional connection: The buildings are constructed entirely from regional wood and offer a modern interpretation of the Alpine style. Beyond the use of natural building materials, the Leo places great emphasis on sustainability: Heat is generated in an environmentally friendly manner using wood pellets, and electricity comes from the building’s own rooftop solar system.
